Dr. Vivek Kumar Tiwari was born on 30 June 1992 in Maurbojh village in Uttar Pradesh, India, into a middle-class family as the third son of Shri Rajnarayan Tiwari and Tara Devi. From a young age, he developed a profound affection for Hindi language and literature and was a regular participant in poetry recitals during his school days.
After completing his primary education in his village, he pursued higher education with distinction. All three of his brothers are also serving as Hindi educators in various institutions, reflecting the family's deep commitment to Hindi language and education.
